Reptiles and Resiliency

Reoccurring on Wednesdays from @ Waukesha Public Library

Join us for a mental health-focused event, Reptiles and Resiliency, at the Waukesha In this 4-week group, participants will interact with different reptile species and learn about their behaviors. The reptiles will serve as analogies for our own lives—observing how they respond to their environment can help us understand how we react to ours. Just as we study the reptiles’ behaviors, we’ll explore our own experiences, moods, and actions, gaining insights that help us heal, cope, and live more fulfilling lives. This group is available to youth ages 8-12 affected by the 2021 Waukesha Christmas Parade. The group will meet on Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 pm at the United for Waukesha Resiliency Center. All programming is free of charge.
