#Positively Stressed - Week 9
For those of you who follow this blog, you may have noticed I missed last week’s post. While it wasn’t intentional, it was actually me practicing what I preach: reducing unhealthy #Stress through rational thought processes.
Life often comes at us from all directions—family, friends, work, kids, hobbies, and more. The key to managing it all? Clearly defined #Priorities.
For me, family and work are my top priorities. Why together? Because I can’t support my family without a stable income, and my family is always my first focus.
This blog, however, is lower on the list. Why? Because it’s a passion project that doesn’t yet directly support my top priorities.
While I truly enjoy creating this content, it’s something I’ve chosen to keep in perspective. If circumstances change, I may reassess my focus—but for now, this project will remain exactly where it is.
